Welcome to San Diego Freedivers (sandiegofreedivers.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your receipt of SMS text messages and email communications from San Diego Freedivers ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your phone number or email address and opting in, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

You consent to receive marketing, promotional, and transactional messages about freediving lessons, events, gear sales, and updates from San Diego Freedivers. This includes SMS from short codes or long codes, and emails via our Shopify-powered platform.usehatchapp+1

  • SMS: Up to 4-6 messages per month (e.g., promotions, reminders). Msg&data rates may apply from your carrier.

  • Email: Variable frequency based on campaigns; unsubscribe anytime.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop SMS: Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to [your short code, e.g., 12345]. You'll receive a confirmation. After opting out, you won't receive marketing SMS, though transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations) may continue. Resume by texting JOIN.mypurecloud+1

To stop emails: Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any email. Opt-outs processed within 10 business days per CAN-SPAM rules.instantly
